Hello,
I have moved to a new apartment where I have the internet already so I want to transfer my DSL contract to my former flatmate. I have emailed vodafone with the attached signed form but all the time they said they haven't received the attachment. I have posted the signed form to their mentioned address as well, I went to the Vodafone shops as well, but no luck. Now when I wanted to cancel the contract, they said they will charge me money.
What should I do? I never expected this kind of non-cooperation from Vodafone.
Any help would be appreciated.

where exactly did you send the form to? When did you send it?
