Hi
A technician was supposed to come to my house to install the DSL however he did not turn up. He called me and I said I was in the house. He then never rang the bell or turned up. He also called me on a withheld number so I could not reach him.
I then arranged a 2nd visit which was successful however Vodafone have charged me for this.
This is not acceptable and I am not happy that I am being charged for a missed appointment when I did everything correctly. I was in the house, I answered the phone and I waited for him. He did not turn up so I should not be expected to pay this charge.
I would have called customer service but noone speaks English and I can't find a customer service email address anywhere on the site. You've made it so difficult to just write a simple email.
Please can someone get back to me and sort this technician charge.

we are being charged for the appointment if the technician does not find the address or your name on the doorbell.
