Hello team
I have terminated my contract in the month of October and have received the confirmation for this. However i was again charged in the month of November and i did pay this thinking that this would be some residual amount. However again in the month of December i am being charged and the invoice given to me does not provide me with any information. Could any English speaking agents please help me understand why i am being charged ? I could provide you my customer number if required in confidence.

Hi Shilpa,
after the end of the contract at least one more invoice will be created.
Depending on the bill cycle it can be 2. If the contract was terminated within one bill cycle.
It will be invoiced to the exact day until the end of the contract. You will find the exact period in brackets below the base price.
Please check the last invoice and let me know the date of the contract cancellation and which date is mentioned on the invoice. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. The invoice was billed on 27.11.2019. I had received a invoice after termination in the month of November. This was a second one. I have attached a copy of my invoice as well.

Hi Shilpa,
the document you posted was not an invoice, it was a reminder.
Please pay the open amount to the bank data given in the document.
The contract has been canceled and charged until the day we informed you about in our cancellation confirmation.
