Cancellation of DSL contract moving out of Germany

Hi,

I’m moving out of Germany on 31 July 2021 and would like to cancel my DSL contract with Vodafone. I cannot, however, do my Abmeldung before 7 days before moving on the 31st July, and I would therefore have to pay additional 3 months of the contract after 31st July 2021. As I already now know that I’ll move out the country, is there any way to cancel already now and avoid paying the additional 3 months cancellation fee?

No - there's no way around those 3 months.

Two courts already ruled that these 3 months start the earliest by the date of the move and not before - so that it's at least 3 months from the day of your move (even if you'd notice Vodafone months before).
