Never buy this device! I ordered this Vodafone Gigacube device and followed the instructions of installation exactly as it is. As a result, it doesn't provide us internet for 3 days. I even contacted to customer service and they couldn't help me either. I am supposed to work home office but thanks to this garbage cube, I couldn't do anything without internet! Don't buy this device. It is not working as it is shown in commercials !!!

And why there are many thousands of gigacube users are very happy with this HW?
It sounds that you have a single problem.
Normally the users have no problem to bring the gigacube into service.
Maybe ask someone with more IT experience to help you.
Additional it could be a temporary network problem at your location.
To check this you can post your location and i can check if network is ok or not.

Hey,I really don't care if there are happy users or not! Happy users don't solve my problem by their happiness. What I care is that I paid for something but couldn't get any service in return. Thanx to vodafone , I couldn't get any service for 4 days and couldn't complete my work related to my job. I also asked help from an IT guy although it is not a rocket science 🙂 Problem is the service provider!
