I ordered Vodafone DSL internet one month ago. I got the Technician appointment for 01 Jan 2020, then I received mail from Vodafone, sorry now our technician will come on 06 Jan 2020.
He came on 06 Jan 2020, did some connection and went went quickly in 5 mins and said you need to configure router by your own using the modem installation code.
After configuring the router, I found that internet is not getting connected.
I asked Vodafone support online and they tried to convince me that you may be doing some wrong configuration and I did not get any support from them.
Then, I tried calling Vodafone support and asked for help.
I only speak English and I have just started learning German (which I am really loving to learn) and I arrived in Germany a few months ago. No technician was ready to support me in English. They just use to disconnect my call as soon as I asked for support in English.
Finally, with my basics German language A1 skills, I begged one technician to support me in German and somehow after several tries he confirmed that the Deutsche Telekom operator has not activated your connection properly. So now we can give you new appointment only after 3 days, because we need to hire a Deutsche telekom technician again to activate your internet correctly.
I think the support from Vodafone is really very weak. I am wating for my internet connection since one month and I have still not got it.
Sorry to say but, I would not recommed Vodafone to my friends in Germany with such service.
