Hello Vodafone,
I purchased a CallYa Smartphone Special (9.99 EURO 2GB, 200 MIN/SMS ) SIM from REWE today in Wiesbaden. When I tried to register it via the below link, an error occurs. Tried 3-4 times, no success.
I have an Indian Passport with German Permanent Residence.
Then I went to Vodafone Store in Wiesbaden seeking help, they denied activation and said they can only activate SIM which is purchased from their own store with 55 EURO charges which come as a credit to my balance.
I really don't understand now what to do.
How can an authorized Vodafone store deny activation to its customers who paid for SIM already and was standing as a fool in front of Vodafone staff? Helpless and frustrated.
Can any one help here?

Hello @GauravS,
for Indian documents, the special feature is that they may not be used for online registration.
Therefore our Vodafone shops are required to carry out the registration.
Please send me the full address of the shop by PM (click on my name on the left and then on "Send this user a private message" on the right)
I'll pass it on to the exam.
To activate your SIM card quickly, please contact another Vodafone shop near you.
