URGENT!! PostIdent problem with foreign passport

I applied for Vodafone Callya sim card from Check24.de but I have a problem with identification via PostIdent.

My South Korean passport can not be identified at Deutsche Post since the format is different from German format.

Can I get help with identification? I need the sim card ASAP! It would be great if I can identify myself via web or video. Check24 told me to ask Vodafone and Vodafone told me to ask Check24 …

I have visited Vodafone branch but the employees could not help me and told me to ask Vodafone online/via phone.

p.s. As a South Korean citizen, I can not even choose to identify myself via videocall. Only PostIdent at FIiliale is allowed when I try to make a new application on Vodafone website.
