Postident can't verify even in postoffice.

Hello,

I try registering CallYa Digital and all of a sudden faced with the issue - my passport can't be recognized in Postident offline locations. I did a try already in two, also tried video identification( where I was only redirected and asked to go to the post offices) 

At Vodafone shop, guys can't help me at all, as doesn't work with the digital line of CallYa

I have a biometric passport of Belarus, can I use this product at all?

Should I somehow cancel my applications for sim cards? Don't really want to be charged as already provided IBAN  as part of the process
