Hello, I am an Eu-citizen, I just moved in Germany and I bought a SIM-Card from Rossman, but when I am trying to activate it Online it doesn't work. I wanted to verify my identity but I have only my passport or my ID from Romania, and in the Postident app they accept only German ID...what can I do in this moment?

Hi @Vlad55555,

Then try to identify via PostIdent in a mail office. 

You shall be able to choose (WebIdent or PostIdent). When you choose PostIdent you shall get a coupon.

With that coupon you can identify in a mail office. 

Otherwise you shall also be able to identify with your passport via WebIdent.
