CallYA PostIdent Failure online. How to get coupon for the Filliale

Hello I ordered a callYa card online, and my online identification failed because I have a passport from Pakistan. I was told to go to the shop to identify but I do not have the PostIdent coupon and I do not know how to receive one. Please help

For this case you have to get in contact with VF directly.
