Termination mobile connection

Hi all

I've been trying to cancel my Hamburg cell phone for the past 1 week--I am in London and do not speak or understand German. So any help number I call replies in German and I have no idea what to do.

To cancel from my bank end I need the vodafone Merchant Ref and Creditor ID--for which I have to call vodafone again!!

can someone help..I will get charged €15 on the 21st..and until I manage to cancel..

Hello @neo,

is it a CallYa number? Then you can turn off convenience charging in the My Vodafone app. Or you send me the phone number via PN (PN - how it works: click on my name on the left and then on the right on "Send this user a private message").
