I need my customer password

I bought a pre-paid sim Card in Munich Germany. Now I need my customer password to register in the site. How can I get it? I tested all codes that came with the chip.

I need help.

Hi @vinfer,

You should go back to the store and ask for the customer password. I guess the store staff forget to tell you that.
