CallYa Cancellation

Hello!

I have a callYa sim that I would like to cancel as I no longer need it. I can't speak german so I am unable to call customer service. Does anyone know what the process of cancellation is? 

I usually top up money every month so that it can renew.

Thank you for your message. If you would like to cancel your CallYa card, you can do so via our WhatsApp support. We offer support in English on WhatsApp. After you have sent us a message, please answer all of TOBi's questions. TOBi will then forward your message to us so that we can take care of it.
