Hallo Vodafone,
I can not come i contact with your hotline it keeps sending me to the WhatsApp chat with does not function in English, so I hope you can help me.
I ordered a CallYa Digital sim card some weeks ago, after some days I got an email that stated that the simcard was sent back to you and therefore I needed to order a new one, which I did. But now I have been charged 20 euro twice (on time for each sim card), but I never recieved the first simcard and activated it, so I would like to get the money back and cancel any subsribtion there is to that sim card.

Very annoying that the first SIM card did not arrive at your home ![]()
Please send me a PN in which you provide the phone number of the SIM card that has not arrived. In the PN you also tell me what the phone number is that you have now received. We will credit you once with 20 Euro and rebook these 20 Euro to the new phone number ![]()
