Vodafone offers the worst service I have ever used. When you want to join them, they respond very quickly. When you have problems, they just kick you away. This is my experience:
I ordered a Vodafone sim card in 2018, but it never arrived! After that, I thought they would cancel this service since they did not send me anything. I didn’t realize they kept deducting my money until January, 2020. Here are the key points of their service.
Vodafone has a very bad reputation. I am so stupid that I didn’t check their reputation before ordering their service!

it is not our claim if you have made these experiences with Vodafone.
Gladly I will check what you ordered for a SIM card. Please tell me your first name, last name and your address where you ordered the SIM card in 2018.
Which amount was debited to your account until January 2020? On the account statement you can also see our customer number.
Please also give me this number.
