Don’t be cheated by Vodafone!

Vodafone offers the worst service I have ever used. When you want to join them, they respond very quickly. When you have problems, they just kick you away. This is my experience:

 

I ordered a Vodafone sim card in 2018, but it never arrived! After that, I thought they would cancel this service since they did not send me anything. I didn’t realize they kept deducting my money until January, 2020. Here are the key points of their service.

  • When I call Vodafone, the hotline robot requires me to input phone number and Aufnumber. How can I input it since I didn’t receive anything from Vodafone??
  • I have to go to a Vodafone retail store afterwards. The service agent checked the phone number for me and told me I have to call or go online.
  • I called many times, but they keep telling me you need to call another number. After being kicked twice, finally I was stopped by their complicated Robot. Very time consuming.
  • Finally I found someone in Whatsapp after talking to their robot for quite a long time. The service agent kept telling me “sorry I can’t help you”. He/she didn’t want to help me at all because there is no “problem solving” requirement in his/her KPI! They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction all all !
  • Now I am exhausted and don’t know what to do. Who can help me?

Vodafone has a very bad reputation. I am so stupid that I didn’t check their reputation before ordering their service!

it is not our claim if you have made these experiences with Vodafone.

Gladly I will check what you ordered for a SIM card. Please tell me your first name, last name and your address where you ordered the SIM card in 2018.

Which amount was debited to your account until January 2020? On the account statement you can also see our customer number.

Please also give me this number.
