Cancel contract as moving out of Europe

Hi Team,

I want to terminate / Cacncel my prepaid CallYA contract as I am moving out of EU.  

I have already dropped mail to [email protected] but I did not recived confimration on contract cancelation .Because of this delay already montly deduction was done from my account
