Hi everyone,
i got the hotspot ticket for 1 week, the connection was working perfectly on my MacBook for a day, but after restart of my MacBook it went offline. While reconnecting to the "Vodafone Hotspot" network pops up a page (hotspotshop.vodafone.de), after logging in I'm able to check my hotspot ticket which is still active, but the link to display the remaining time redirects me to the main hotspot.vodafone.de/portal page, but not connecting to the internet.
M.A.C. address remains the same as when buying the ticket.
How to solve this issue? I bought second hotspot ticket in 1 week time and both times the same problem. I wasted 20€

Hello MarkoVisnjic,
so you didn't get the login page or could connect to the Internet after the first day and that happened twice? Did you try different Hotspots and different times? What's the Hotspot ID?
