Hello,
I bought a hotspot ticket for a week on November 13th. I cannot connect to the internet with it. I log in to the hotspot account after connecting to the hotspot but the hotspot does not connect to the internet. The mac address and everything is the same but it doesn't work.
Also, the Vodafone customer care never answers phone calls, I have been trying to reach them for two days straight and they don't answer. Please solve this problem

Do not expect any Response from them about this topic. It's a full Scam. I will communicate this on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and Telegramm to starve this Company out. I bought a monthly Hotspot Ticket yesterday, capped the connection today in the morning, since then i can't reconnect. In the Forum you will only find unsolved tickets. That tells me everything. As i made a Homespot Login Account, Google sent me the information, my Passwords at 22 Websites were just hacked. That's about data security at Vodafone. (i documented it with Screenshots made)
I'll highley recommend you to do the same, this Company needs to go!
