Hallo,
Ich habe am 19.10. ein monatliches Hotspot-Ticket gekauft, und nach 2 Wochen wurde die Verbindung unterbrochen und ich wurde auf die Seite für den Kauf von Hotspot-Tickets weitergeleitet. Ich nutze den Hotspot für meine Arbeit, also musste ich ein weiteres Ticket kaufen und kaufte am 10.11. ein Wochenticket. Die Wochenkarte funktionierte am selben Tag nicht mehr. Die Transaktionsnummer für die Monatskarte lautet ***. Die Transaktionsnummer für die Wochenkarte lautet ***.
Können Sie mir bitte so schnell wie möglich helfen? Für meine Arbeit bin ich auf den Hotspot angewiesen. Danke!

i read all topics on vodafone forum about hotspot ticket login problems..seems like its a common problem that vodafone needs to solve,i have the same problem..i bought a monthly hotspot ticket with out registering an account and after a day i cant connect again, login portal page pops up and does not recognize my device as a registered user,my device and mac address is the same as i purchased the ticket,i can send you a screen shot of transantion nr

Do not expect any Response from them about this topic. It's a full Scam. I will communicate this on Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and Telegramm to starve this Company out. I bought a monthly Hotspot Ticket yesterday, capped the connection today in the morning, since then i can't reconnect. In the Forum you will only find unsolved tickets. That tells me everything. As i made a Homespot Login Account, Google sent me the information, my Passwords at 22 Websites were just hacked. That's about data security at Vodafone. (i documented it with Screenshots made)
I'll highley recommend you to do the same, this Company needs to go!
