Deleting an Account without Access to it

While registering in Hotspot flat Service i used wrong address so i'm not using the service and due to none email or phone confirmation i didn't know it was activated. I'm already using another one and I want to delete not used one but don't know how to do It.

You now have 2 contracts on the hotspot flat? Once at the right address and one at the wrong one, do I understand that correctly?

Please send me the following data via private message:

- Customer number (correct and incorrect)

- Name

- Date of birth

- Address (correct and wrong).
