Help! I've been trying to return a TV device and cancel it's service for over a year. It does not work and we no longer want it. No one at the Vodafone store who sold us this device is able to help, and tells us to write letters to Vodafone. We have not received an answer. Please help us return this so that we are no longer charged for this device. I was given a number for customer support, but am unable to get through to someone who can help.

what kind of device are we talking about exactly? Which German state do you come from? To which address did you send the cancellation?

a GigaTV box. I live in Baden Wurttemberg. Receipt was confirmed, but now I'm still receiving bills. I even send the cancellation notice as was directed by the Vodafone store. no one will answer my e-mails and hte only response I received was "we cannot locate your account"...however I still receive bills from Vodafone.
my next step is to find an attorney to help end this nightmare.
