Vodafone hotspot is to slow

I am using Vodafone hotspot in my apartment while I am waiting for Vodafone to install ADSl (previously I had cable internet). I need internet for working remotly. 

Today I manage to connect but internet is so slow.

I was calling customer service and they ask for hotspot ID hotspot.vodafone.de . I receive page with errors, showing key but no value so I am sending screen shot. 

For more then a year I have different kind of internet problems with Vodafone, first cable was totally unusable with upload agv 0-6 ms, now hotspot is not working, not to mention that even mobile internet is slow today.

Can anyone please help.

Hello LRC,

Basically, the hotspot is not intended for a permanent work connection, but to retrieve some data on the road.

I'll gladly take a look at it, but I can't promise that it can be improved.

Please answer the question, from which state you come and what the hotspot ID is.
