Hello, 

I am writing because I bought a weekly hotspot ticket on my cellphone last saturday and it was not working. It was saying "No Internet Connection". Then I bought another because it was urgent. And the last one work. I didn't even receive the invoice from Vodafone for the first transaction. I only have the paypal receipt that the transaction was done. 

How can I do to have a refund of the first ticket please?
