No hotspot confirmation received

I ordered the Hotspot for 19.99 euro on 15.9. But two working days have passed but I still did not receive the confirmation email with login data.

I'm desperately in need of the WIFI.

Can someone send the login data to me in email?

have you checked your mails and your spam folder? Not that the confirmation might have ended up there.

If you can't find it there, please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message.

Then report back here in the thread.
