Hotspot ticket stops working

Hi,
I bought the VF hotspot for a week yesterday. It worked great but today after restart my laptop, I cannot connect to the hotspot anymore. It prompted me to the buying website. I see this one is a common problem with VF hotspot but there is no answer for this case yet.
