Hello, I paid yesterday on 2022-01-10 for a hotspot ticket for one week for my laptop.
The hotspot never worked, I just got redirected back to the hotspot landing page where I tried to buy the ticket from. My account was charged with 9.99EUR. My laptop cannot connect to the internet apart from the 30 minutes free service I had to get to write this message, so the ticket never worked.
Shortly after that, I emailed the wlan-shop@kundenservice.vodafone.com account but I have not received a reply 19 hours later.
Please help.
