Dear Vodafone,
I have purchased the monthly hotspot ticket, but after 2 weeks, there is no internet, it directed to the hotspotshop.vodafone.de and seems like to require a new ticket. Thus, I bought another weekly ticket, after 2 days, I got a same problem. Because I don't stay long in Germany, I need to use the hotspot. Please help me to solve this problem.

If the ticket is not active at all and you can connect to other devices at the affected spot for 30 minutes free of charge without logging in via the landing page, please contact the hotline: 0631 352 24 93 (daily 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. local rate) so that they can check the ticket and cancel it if necessary.
