Hotspot service not working *Cancelation*

I have 2 months with the Hotspot service but it does not connect or is too slow. So, I'd like to cancel it.

Hi enmanuelrp,

 

you can easily send the cancellation via the contact form. Please enter "Ich möchte kündigen" in the question window. Then choose "Kabel-Vertrag" and then "Haupt-Vertrag kündigen". In the next step you take the point "Ich möchte den Vertrag ordentlich zum Vertragsende kündigen" and then the link to the "Kontaktformular". Please check it out.

I did as suggested, but I am still getting charged. Is there any way to open a refund case since this service does not work at all?

I'm sure you got a cancellation confirmation. What date did you get confirmed?

I got the cancelation letter on 1 August 2019 however, it says it will be canceled by 31 October.

I can't change the date. Your contract have a contract term and notice period. Until the confirmed date we charge the fees.

even if the service does not work, will you still charge? I've paid for this hotspot service and it does not work, I contacted customer service but they did not help since I don't speak German. So it is very unfair that Vodafone is offering a very deficient service and still charging without offering a possibility to refund the money paid for something that is worthless.

What exactly doesn't work? Can't you connect to the hotspots? Have you tested it at different hotspots?

the hotspot NEVER has internet, that's what I mean. I could connect 2 or 3 times, but just for a few minutes because of the Internet was gone again, and yes, I tried with other devices, I tried in outside (yes does not make sense because I need the Internet at home), yes I tried different hotspots. So it's not my fault that your service does not work properly. Then, who should say I do not have time to do it?
