Hotspot-Ticket voucher not working after reconnect

Hi!

I bought a hotspot ticket for a week and it was working fine. When I reconnect to the hotspot it is not working. It is the same device, I just reconnected after 5 minutes and its gone.

I don't understand why I cannot access a service that I am paying for. I would be grateful if you could help me. Otherwise I would like to refund.

Hello Hakan12,

on certain hotspots, so-called homespots, can log up to 5 devices at the same time. Someone else may have logged on to this hotspot in the meantime. Have you tried other hotspots? Before I can help you, please tell me which state you live in.
