Hotspot connection problem

I bought vodafone hotspot service to use internet but it is not stable. First problem; i am not able to use more than one device at the same time. Second problem; my mac seems connected to wifi but still not able to surf in internet. My user id is arifadalar and the hotspot id that i am usually use is 

UM-1c:ed:6f:5b:de:47 please help. Thanks
