Hi,
I want to terminate my other contract which I got for GIGA TV. The person who visited and got us that contract misinformed us about the situation (Language barrier) and said you don't have to pay anything and this will merge into your existing contract.
As we very often check our bank transaction, recently come to know about two deduction from our bank account. It's been more than 3-4 months, I am continuously approaching Vodafone to terminate the other contract. But there is no revert.
And it is too much for us to pay this much for Internet and TV (Which we never used since got the box as we don't know the language yet).
Please help us.
