We have a contract that started right after our kabel contract. In the original TV contract I have received in email, I can only see the monthly payments listed for 24 months but I cannot find any information reagarding what happens if I want to terminate the contract before the end of the 24 months. Where and how do I find this information? And, as a next step what is the best practice to initiate the contract termination process only for the TV service but not the kable.
