Hello. I have ordered GigaTohaus Cable with GigaTV on the 29th of december last year. The internet router arrived few days later and evrything works fine but i never got the TV box for GigaTV. On my bill it shows it's in my plan and my account got charged for it. What is going on and when will i get GigaTV?

GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel ist ein Internet Vertrag mit 1 Gbit/s Download Datenrate. Da ist kein TV oder gar GigaTV enthalten. Wird im Kundenportal ein TV-Vertrag angezeigt?

Hier gibt es seit August 2022 keinen Support mehr. Helfen kann Dir nur die Hotline oder einer dieser Kontakte.

GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel is an Internet contract with a 1 Gbit/s download data rate. There is no TV or even GigaTV included. Is a TV contract displayed in the customer portal?
