Sim not delivered!

Hello,
I am new in german. I have ordered a sim card around 10 days ago and got an email saying my sim card will be delivered in 3-5 working days... But since then i have not recieved my sim card. I really need it. I was planning to go to a store to by a new card if i cannot get the delivery!
Kindly help me with this.

I will be happy to check for you whether a SIM card has been sent. Therefore I need your phone number and your customer password by PN (was given by you the day you ordered your connection). Alternatively, I can send you one in the mail.

Going to the Vodafone shop would be faster for you. Please tell the shop staff that you already have a connection and give them your phone number. So you can create the SIM card on your existing phone number free of charge.
