Hi folks,
live been using a Vodafone SIM card since 2016 and have been using it ever since. Recently due to pandemic I'm outside of Germany and have not used it for a month or so, but balance is still sufficient as far as I recall. Today when I attempted to use it again, a message is prompted saying that I cannot register to network since the SIM card is not providing MM#2.
Sorry for my bad German though, I attempted to reach to English services of Vodafone but couldn't get through. Do anyone now what I should do in this situation? Any support is much appreciated.
