my internet cable is getting worst and worst. it wasnt good but now its even worst, allways with interruptions and bad signal. tried everything (router settings, router phisical proximity, ...) but doesnt improve. What can i do? return the device and cancel the service? at this pace its even worst than using mobile internet...
and you continue to charging me a sicherheitpaket i never wanted and removed a discount due from the moment i ordered the service. I told that to your local representative (herr Korb) for months but it seems it never reached you.

sent you the pm. internet is even worst now, doesnt work, and get off every hour or so... ***, ***, complete ***... by end of this year i'll end the contract service, i'm tired of paying a lot of money for nothing... i dont even think in an african country theres worst internet access than here!!!! and supoosedly this would be an adavnced country...

is this behavior with all devices in the household? Is the speedtest ok or are the data loaded delayed there too?

yes, all devices. data delayed on speedtest too. when streaming simply hangs on buffering and doesnt pass the start.
