The internet connection at my house is really poor at times. For the past 2 days the connection comes and goes during the day - there is no specific interval or time , its so random. Also many a times , I have noticed that overnight the connection doesnt work and I have to reboot the router and then it starts to work.
Seriously affects the quality of work that I can do. Called your customercentre and they were trying to bump me up to a 1000 mbps connection. You guys havent improved
- Cant you just have a customer service email address to write queries. That useless digital assistant Tobi is garbage
I pay full price for my contract and therefore i expect that i get the service full time as well. It cannot happen that your service is poor and i continue to pay full price. Please fix or have someone contact me who can help in english.
