Dear community,
it looks like since few week VF started blocking many websites including some of google services, some 3d level domains under microsoft.com and etc. As result opening of many websites lasts for tens of seconds and sometimes fail with error "took too long to respond" whereas ping to these website is ok.
Speedtest(ookla.com) of upload/download are ok (50Mbit/300-900Mbit), but sometimes this service also fails with "took too long to respond".
Affected desktop computers under Win10 Enterprise/Win10 Home/Win11 Home/Ubuntu 20.4/MacOS and also mobile devices.
The following actions have no effect:
- emptying browsers' cache and web sites' reload via Chrome's "Empty cache can hard reload"
- explicit setting of DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
- switching between Wi-Fi and LAN
- switching between router being connected to SAT or TV coaxial socket in the wall.
But switching desktop computers to use shared Wi-Fi internet connection from mobile phone(Deutsch Telekom) immediately fixes the problem.
Please diagnose this blocking problem as it completely paralyzes working from home.
