Hello Vodafone Team,
I am living in Koblenz, Germany and shifted to new apartment within city. I have raised the request to moving service from my vodafone account and I have received the confirmation via mail but after shifting when I have conncted my router then there is no internet available. I am trying to connect with restart router multiple time but no success. I am doing home office and its very important for me to get wifi.

thanks for your photos, but they are of little use to me here.
But it’s a good thing you have access to it. It is important that the technician gets access to the house wiring in order to be able to make any necessary adjustments.
With the key you can make another appointment with the technicians.

Hello Stephan,
One technicina have visited yesterday and he check the cables and socket. He told me to come back on new termin on Thursday or Friday. Problem is it is only verbal discussion. I have no termin in written and there is no confirmation from Cableway or Vodafone also. I tried to call them and no one is receiving call.

as I can see in the ticket, there mus be a new appointment to get access to the house wiring.
Do you have a e.g. caretaker you could talk with about that?

Hello, I have 1000mbps plan but it works lower than 25mbps!
Im trying to reach Vodafone for two weeks and they just don't care!
I using Instagram Facebook WhatsApp because they even have English costumer service.
I felling they are making jokes of my face because after all this time they suggested to me take the cable out the plug and restart my moden it's!!
after all this time Vodafone is not replying to me and they told there is a ticket open for my case but nothing happens!
I couldn't work, my internet sometimes even works during the day.
how long it will take for Vodafone do something???
