Hello,
I've pluggen in an Easybox, no any red signals and all the signals are stable white colour.
Also LAN cable is working when it's connected directly to a laptop.
But none on my devices (mobile phone, laptop) can't connect to WiFi.
So seems something wrong with WLAN.
I've tried to call to support, but unfortunately I don't speak German and all the attempts none of support could not speak English.
Could you please advise how my problem can be fixed?
