Vodafone station flashing red

Dear support / community,

since three days, my Vodafone station internet light is flashing red and no internet.

i contacted support through whatspp and we did all factory reset and shutting off, but no solution.

My internet is CabelMax1000

Vodafone station CGA6444VF

i have been a customer with Vodafone for 3 months.

i hope you can help.
