I wrote this in English because I just moved to Germany and don’t know German yet
My cable network worked previously, however, it suddenly stopped working from months before. I tried to reset, power off&on, and replace it with a new cable, but nothing worked. And I tried to make a call, however, I couldn’t find an English Speaking Customer Service.
Currently, only the power light is on(white), other lights are off(blink once after turning on). Considering it worked previously, the root cause might be the router itself was broken, but I can’t verify it since my neighbors don't use Vodafone, I can’t easily borrow one.
Please let me know how can I fix it or get a technician to come over.
