Vodafone CableMax 1000 not connected to internet

Hi, I tried to install my modem today but the WIFI red light has been blinking for almost an hour now and I there's no internet connection yet. 

What can I do? 

I tried calling the hotline but since I don't speak german yet I couldn't understand.
