Hi Vodafone Team,
My Vodafone Cable wifi/WLAN is not working since 14th July and I'm unable to do any of my office work because of it. I had raised a ticket 003-0*** / 21 for the same and got an sms stating that I will get a call back shortly but did not get any callback. Can this please be looked at? Tried calling Vodafone customer care multiple times but unfortunately I don't know German. Please help resolve this issue.
