Vodafone 1000 cable low speeds and high ping

Hello,

my tariff is Vodafone cable 1000

the city is Ashaffenburg. Bayern

my device is 6660

For the last 1-1,5 months the speed and Ping have been just terrible. The upload channel never goes above 4 mbits. Ping is 100-200 ms. Can someone check it please?
