I am having a very unstable internet connection for the last 4 weeks. It happens during the day time, but it gets extremely bad from 4PM on. Sometimes I am not even able to participate in online meetings or watch any movie or video, which was just fine before.
I already restarted the router several times, and it does not help at all. The internet connection keeps constantly dropping from 200mb to close to 1mb.
The contract is on my fiancé's name. So please let me know if you need further contract information.
