Hello
I live in Friedrichsdorf (61381) and I have not had any internet service for the last 3 days.
I called Customer Service and they told me that there is a disruption in the area and it would be fixed in 2 days. Here we are 2 days later and nothing has been resolved.
There is also no outage reported on the service status page.
We already tried everything with the router and it says DOC SIS Offline in the console, Internet led flashes red. Even tried a factory reset.
Please help!
