Hello, sorry for English but I do not speak German yet,

Details are as follows;

  • What contract do you have? - Vodafone CableMax 1000  
  • Which modem/ router are you using? - Vodafone Station CGA6444VF       
  • Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device? Rental device        
  • Which error occurs? Occasionally I have high bufferbloat and high ping/latency, which make online gaming impossible. Also, even though my contract says that I should have that download speed up to 1000MB per second, I can confirm that I have not seen such a thing since I started to use this.
  • How is your device connected to the modem? Both, through wifi and LAN  
  • Which browser do you usually use? Chrome
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 11   
  • Start and duration of the disruption: I've been facing with this issue for around 10 days.  
  • In which state do you live? Berlin 

I'd be really grateful if you assist me to fix this issue, any kind of help will be appreciated.
