Bei mir treten seit Oktober 2021 nach einem Tarifwechsel von I&P Business 500 auf I&P 1000 mal mehr mal weniger starke Netzwerkbedingte ausgelassen Frames beim Streamen zu Twitch und Youtube auf. Laut OBS im schnitt 7-12%. Selbst bei Direktverbindungen wie z.B. bei Parsec oder Owncast gibt es immer wieder Packetlosses. Speedtests sind unauffällig da im Peak die 55 MBit/s meistens voll erreicht werden, lediglich bei längerer Beobachtung fällt auf das es Einbrüche gibt.
Mehrfache Rücksprachen mit der Störungshotline, drei Netzwerkspezialisten, zwei Technikerbesuche und ein Frizboxtausch haben nichts gebracht.
Ich bitte Sie bei meinem Anschluss, wie auch schon bei anderen in diesem Forum auch, den OFDMA Kanal in Senderichtung zu deaktivieren, damit das Problem endlich für mich gelöst wird.

Hallo da_OkieH,
da es auf den 4 Single-Carrier-Upstreams keinerlei Fehler sichtbar sind, haben wir zum testen an Deinem Anschluss den OFDMA deaktiviert. Schau mal bitte, ob dies eine positive Wirkung auf die Verbindung hat und die Datenrate stabiler ist.

Damit der Support dein Anliegen bearbeiten kann, werden einige Daten benötigt.
Das "Früher alles besser war", kann ich nicht bestätigen.
Bitte keine Anhänge, diese werden leicht übersehen, das Handling ist nicht toll und die Übersichtlichkeit leidet. Besser als Foto im Format "Mittelgroß" einfügen. Das die Forensoftware - wahrscheinlich vielfach ausgezeichnet worden ist, nunja.

Multimode baut 4 Verbindungen zum Speedserver auf, Singlemode nur eine.
Nach den Speedtest liegen die Ergebnisse unter "Results" auf der Website vor.
Nur die "Results" aus den 10 (zehn) Speedtests im Singel- sowie Multimode sind von Interesse. Ein einzelner Speedtest ist nicht aussagekräftig!
Sind die 10 (zehn) Speedtests erfolgt, speichere "Results" als Screenshot und füge es als Foto, 4tes Icon von rechts, ein. Es können mehere Fotos eingefügt werden.
Sofern es vom Router Logs wie "Utopia" gibt, bitte posten.
Um ein IPv6 Problem auszuschließen führe diesen Test durch, bitte posten.
Daher abweichend vom VF Fragebogen, führe einen MTR Test - für MacUser hier -, jeweils für IPv4 und IPv6 für für das Ziel heise.de für 30 Minuten aus. Die Ergebnisse bitte posten.

Der von VF empfohlende Pingplotter ist eine 14 tägige Test Version und kann max. 10 Minuten aufzeichen. Die Vollversion kostet $40.
Ich empfehle den kostenlosen pingtracer für M$ User, zip Datei downloaden, entpacken und starten. Es können Langzeittrends erstellt werden, mit der Taste „Bild ⬇“ können alte Daten abgerufen werden.

Ein wenig "Background" warum 5 Speedtests
Abweichende Speedtests im singlemode zum multimode geben Aufschluss über das OFDMA Verhalten. Normalerweise sollten beide Tsets im Upstream gleich sein.
Hier ein Beispiel wenn der OFDMA nicht funktioniert.
Mit Iperf über 900sek. mit einer Verbindung und aktiven OFDMA schaut es so aus:
Es gibt im OFDMA Mode immer wieder lichte Momente und diese werden oft beim standard Test erwischt, deshalb auch die 5 (fünf) Tests. So wie im Magenta Test sollte es auch nicht ausschauen.
Wenn es dir nicht zuviel Mühe bereitet, führe diesen Test fünf mal durch und poste den grahischen Verlauf.
Magenta Test, schlechtes Verhalten im Upload, 2ter Test OK.

Bei vielen der Speedtest hab ich die wohl so genannte "Bad Ramp" beim Upload gesehen (auch beim Vodafone eigenen Speedtest), hab diese leider nicht einzelnd per Screenshot festgehalten.

Eigendlich wollte ich nicht mehr antworten, heute habe ich aber einen guten Tag
Ich sehe nichts böses. Alle VF Server arbeiten ohne Probleme.
Ein fünf Minuten Test ist nicht zielführend, wenigstens 30Minuten oder einen Iperf Langzeittest. Mit diesem Test wäre alles "erschlagen".
Bei den Uploads im Single Speed Test sehe ich schon das was nicht stimmt. Die Pegel sind soweit OK, der Upstream könnte was höher sein, ist aber in den specs.
Einige Ziele sind nicht erreichbar.
z.B.
Wenn du das Ziel nicht pingen kannst, dann kann es auch nicht der Pingplotter.

Die Pingplotts zeigen klar auf wie geroutet wird und welche hops langsamer/garnicht antworten.

Die ersten drei - kabel bla bla - Hops nach deinem Router und das Ziel ist von Interesse.
Hops dazwischen, können, müßen aber nicht antworten. Entweder hat ein Admin den Router das ICMP abgedreht oder es gibt ein rate Limit für ICMP. Auch meine Webserver sind vom ICMP befreit oder haben als ns Cloudflare.
Hier eine Erklärung wie ein Tracert/Pingplotter zu interpretieren ist.
Nochmals, wenn das Ziel nicht pingbar ist, zeigt Pingplotter einen 100% Loss an.

Aber ja genau da sind ja bereits Antwortzeiten von bis zu 173,7 ms zu sehen, zumindestens bei Tests zu den Streaming Ingest servern. Bei mir z.B. bei Hop 4 bei, Youtube Pingplott, etwas weniger bei den andern. Wenn es schon kein PL ist ist es doch wenigstens HighPing, oder nicht?

Hier wird ganz klar davon gesprochen das der Fehler sehr wohl bei Hop 8 auf 9 sein kann (im Beispiel auf der Hersteller seite) und bei meinen Plotts taucht das nunmal bei IPs die Vodafone zugeordnet werden können auf.

Weil keine Anwort. Scheinbar gibt das hier ein missverständniss, ich sehe das nicht als fehler Vodafones an und ich bin mir bewusst das es Hostseitig ausgeschaltet werden kann und nicht zu der Lösung des Problems führt.

Wie im ersten Post schon geschrieben, das Problem ist das u.A. beim Streaming zu verschienen Anbietern (Twitch/Youtube/Owncast) mir OBS im Reiter "Ausgelassene Frames (Netzwerk)" im minutentakt anzeigt das Frames ausgelassen werden, bei einem 30 Minuten Stream um die ab 7% bis hoch auf 12% und mehr. Dadurch gibt es bei Zuschauern Nachladeruckler vom feinsten.
Ich vermutete das es an dem OFDMA im Uploadkanal liegt, so wie du das letztes Jahr schoneinmal hier im Forum gepostet hast. Wollte mir das kaffesatzlesen mit Pingplott sparen und einfach nur einen Vodafone Support Mitarbeiter haben der den deaktiviert!

Pingplottter: dein verlinktes Beispiel ist eindeutig, da die nachfolgenden Hops den Ping mitnehmen.
Aber nicht wie in deinen? und meinem Beispiel.
Der Hop5 verwirft ICMP, siehe PL im Hop5, welche am Ziel nicht auftreten. Ping&Loss sind irrelevant.
Twitch ist eine besondere Nummer. Soweit mir bekannt arbeitet Twitch mit IPv4, VF nativ mit IPv6.
Test von internet.nl. IPv6 gibt es nicht.
Es kann durchaus sein das der AFTR Server überlastet ist.
Der Unterschied Single- zu Multispeed ist zwar gegeben, jedoch zu gering um einen Mod davon zu überzeugen dass das die Ursache sei. Zur Zeit sträubt sich VF den OFDMA abzudrehen.
Falls du Argumente hast, dann eher.
Mache einen iperf Test mit 900sek und eine graphische/statistische Auswertung

Sieht lange nicht so schick aus wie deine 😃 aber auch hier kann man ja schon gut sehen das die 6000kbps für nen stabilen Stream zeitweise stark unterschritten werden.
